These Terms of Use govern your use of the Quinara app and website. By using Quinara, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using Quinara, you agree to these Terms of Use. Quinara is an event-planning tool for organizing a quinceañera — checklist, budget, padrino/madrina pledges, guests, court, and vendors. It does not provide financial, legal, or event-vendor booking services.
2. Your Data
Quinara stores your event data locally on your device. There is no account required to use the app. If a backup/sync feature is enabled in a future version, it will be optional and clearly disclosed.
3. Subscriptions
Quinara offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly or annual, auto-renewing) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
4. Vendor & Padrino Information
Quinara is a personal reference tool for tracking vendors and sponsor (padrino/madrina) pledges you enter yourself. Quinara does not verify, endorse, or facilitate payments to any vendor or sponsor, and is not a party to any agreement you make with them.
5. Content You Provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, amounts, and contact details you enter. You may delete your data at any time from Settings → Reset All Data.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Quinara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
